!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! inbound for Wilmington International Airport in North Carolina had to divert Wednesday night after the runway lights and ILS were shut off early. Runway repaving had been scheduled for 12:15 a.m. Thursday morning, but for reasons unknown the airport closed at 11:15 p.m. instead. Fortunately no one was hurt, but a Delta flight from Atlanta and a USAirways flight from Charlotte had to return to their originating airports.
